Day Thirty Nine

I've been feeling better today - the cough and cold seem to be improving at last. We're still in Swindon and really glad that Dave doesn't have to attempt the 2 hour journey to and from work in this weather.

It was lovely to see Elaine this morning & I also got out for a walk with Andrea in the afternoon. It was really good to be outdoors and see the snow - everywhere looks so picturesque covered in white....I'll try to get take some photos & post them on the blog in the next couple of days.

  1. Hi Shar, delighted to hear your cold is improving :) Please God you'll be ready for road again for Tues. Would love to see some winter-wonderland pics...no snow in West Cork (yet anyways!)

  2. So that's where you are? I am glad you are enjoying the look of the snow, here we just wish it would go away as all the pavements are thick with ice and a light sprinkle on deceptive snow on top. Would love to see some pics to. Have a great weekend. Hope you keep warm and entertained. I can just picture you playing the wii and being an expert at the bells by now!! Big hugs from us 3.
